1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "jillivs", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the jillivs online gaming platform, accessible at jillivs.net, and its operating entity.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jillivs platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created upon successful completion of the jillivs registration process.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jillivs platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or participating in any Game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated herein by reference.

3Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on jillivs, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).

• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by jillivs for a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

jillivs reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity (KYC verification) at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing any withdrawal, or upon reasonable suspicion of eligibility breach. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

4Account Registration

4.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on jillivs. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jillivs may, at its sole discretion, merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts, void any pending bonuses, and withhold balances pending investigation.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the lifetime of your Account. You are obligated to promptly notify jillivs of any changes to your registration details by contacting our support team at [email protected].

Providing false, misleading, or fabricated registration information — including but not limited to a false date of birth, false identity documents, or a third party's personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your Account. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service.
• Never share your login credentials, OTPs, or account access with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your Account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.
• Immediately notify jillivs support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting jillivs support. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jillivs accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through verified Philippine payment channels, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and QR Ph. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jillivs does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jillivs bears no responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any bonus funds subject to an active wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the requirement has been met in full.
• jillivs reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawal requests above threshold amounts.
• Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within one (1) hour for verified accounts during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

jillivs is committed to compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of 2001 and its amendments. We reserve the right to freeze, delay, or decline any transaction that we reasonably suspect may be connected to unlawful activity, and to report such activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers issued by jillivs are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the applicable promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — contribution rates per game category will be listed in the promotion details.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

jillivs monitors all player activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple first-deposit bonuses; wagering in a pattern designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine gameplay intent; using coordinated betting strategies to extract bonus value without risk; and any form of collusion. Where bonus abuse is identified, jillivs reserves the right to void the bonus and associated winnings, suspend the Account, and recover any bonus value already withdrawn.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the jillivs platform — including slot titles, live dealer casino games, bingo, and sports betting markets — operate under the rules published within the game interface or the jillivs platform. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before participation.

Slot and RNG-based games on jillivs use certified random number generators that produce statistically random outcomes independent of previous results. Advertised Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run mathematical averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment — cards, wheels, and dice — under controlled studio conditions. Game outcomes are determined by these physical elements and are not subject to software manipulation by jillivs.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jillivs platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Opening more than one Account, or allowing a third party to use your Account.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or third-party identity documents during KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated means to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain and failing to report them to jillivs support.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or jillivs personnel to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful financial activity through the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the jillivs platform, software, or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jillivs staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing jillivs from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

9Responsible Gaming

jillivs takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe that gambling should be an entertaining leisure activity, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. The following tools are available to all registered players and can be activated directly from your Account dashboard without contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive in-platform alerts after a defined session duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the jillivs platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the jillivs platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, user interface designs, game assets, written content, software code, and the overall arrangement and presentation of the platform — is the exclusive property of jillivs or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jillivs platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or republish any content from jillivs without prior written consent.
• Use any jillivs trademark, logo, or brand element for any commercial purpose.
• Frame or mirror any part of the jillivs platform on any other website or service.
• Create derivative works based on jillivs content or software.

Any unauthorized use of jillivs intellectual property is a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may constitute an infringement of applicable law.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jillivs shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising in connection with your Account or gaming activity.
• Interruptions, delays, errors, or unavailability of the platform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet service provider outages, force majeure events, or scheduled maintenance.
• Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
• Decisions made by third-party game providers in connection with game outcomes, RTP calculations, or technical issues within third-party game software.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit jillivs's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12Privacy & Data Protection

jillivs collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

By creating an Account on jillivs, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data processing activities include identity verification (KYC), transaction processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and platform improvement. jillivs does not sell your personal data to third-party marketing organizations.

13Amendments to These Terms

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and jillivs, you agree to first contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] and allow a period of thirty (30) days for good-faith resolution before initiating any formal legal proceedings. jillivs will endeavor to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
